Architects opinions on an ideal living for the future has been pondered about for many decades. Our project reflects and fulfils those idea.

The ideal town of the future should look like the following – underground roads, greenery, and dustless areas around houses. The Azalea Project developer did not oppose higher costs which are necessary to locate an underground road network and that is why we can offer you the living of future already now:

• Dwelling-houses are set in a cascade manner into the southern slope viewing the valley. Big glass areas and terraces provide residents permanent and direct contact with rich surrounding greenery that makes you forget the city wich surrounds you.
• The roads are mostly hidden under the ground. The design of our project is based exactly on that uniqueness. We simply substituted the street with a large grass area, a garden with places for games and relaxation.
• You can have your tea on the terrace and at the same time to watch your children safely run around on the grass. They can’t be endangered by passing cars.
• We did not neglect safety. The Azalea Project will be separated from surrounding plots by a fence. Surveillance will be provided by a professional company and all premises will be monitored by an unobtrusive camera system.
• Houses are not too big to avoid the unpleasant feeling of estrangement and anonymity. Neighbours can easily acquaint with one another, there is a maximum of 11 flats per entrance.
• An enjoyable life will be intensified by the ever-present feeling that nature is not being compromised., but on the contrary, it welcomes you to live in a harmonic balance. The surrounding wood around the whole grounds offers the active abreaction after a demanding working day, and the inner garden with the area of 2,750 m2 calls for relaxation.
• Monthly costs for services should not constitute the unpleasant load for the family budget. The great emphasis was imposed to apply economical solutions for all energy consumption areas.
